If it is really difficult, it shall be reported back to the company and communicated with the user immediately after further implementation.

　　General specification for filling in survey sheet

　　4. No blank items: the X number can be used for the site conditions of the survey sheet, but there shall be no blank items to avoid omission.

　　5. Plan neatly and mark clearly the purpose and location: (master bedroom, secondary bedroom, living room) wall cabinet door, wardrobe, wardrobe door, bookcase, bed, etc( Living room, dining room, kitchen) partition door, TV cabinet, wardrobe, etc. To prevent confusion of matching time between production and installation orders and measurement orders of sliding doors and cabinets at different positions.

In case of measurement without decoration: if the floor is not paved on site and the floor height cannot be confirmed, the words "blank size needs to be re measured" must be indicated in the measurement order, and the merchandiser shall be notified by telephone on the same day. If someone on site confirms the floor thickness, please make it clear in the measurement sheet, "the user confirms the installation of * * floor, and the floor thickness is reserved * *. If there is any change on site or the size is larger than the reserved size, be sure to inform the company, otherwise the customer will be responsible for the failure of cabinet installation."

　　7. If the customer requires the cabinet or sliding door to be directly installed on the cement floor, the site must clearly explain with the customer and write down the possible impact caused by the uneven cement floor in the measurement sheet. For example, the cabinet will be deformed due to the unevenness of the ground until the left and right gaps of the cabinet form a triangular shape. If it is a door opening cabinet, It may also cause that the door seam cannot be adjusted to a better state and affect the appearance. If it is a sliding door, it may also produce triangular cracks and other consequences.

　　8. The number of doors shall be indicated in the measurement sheet (in case of folding door, the number of folds shall be indicated).

　　9. Determine the length, specification and color of the track, (whether the single and double tracks need to be lengthened or not) in the case of frame stickers, the user must select and determine from the existing track colors because the stickers cannot be placed on the lower track.

　　10. Filling of installation conditions of sliding door:

　　A. Special notes shall be made for special circumstances affecting track installation (flatness, concrete, wood, tile and steel plate); In the case of suspended ceiling, wooden beams for installing upper rails shall be provided at corresponding positions, and the positions shall be marked in advance. If the above rail needs to be embedded in the decorated wall or cabinet, the width and depth of the reserved trench shall not be less than 82mm and 40mm. The track installation conditions shall be clearly noted, and corresponding tools and accessories shall be prepared to improve the installation speed and quality.

　　B. Special conditions of installation position of lower rail( Ground material composition: cement floor, floor tile, marble, floor). If the ground is not handled properly, the size of the ground lifting shall be confirmed to the user and signed for confirmation; If you can't be sure, change the appointment to the door when the conditions are met. It is not recommended to slot and embed the lower track; It is particularly emphasized that the center line of the upper and lower rail width shall correspond vertically. The above information shall be indicated on the measurement sheet, and the user shall sign for confirmation and prompt the installer to configure corresponding materials and tools.

　　11. The frame drawing of the survey sheet must be drawn with a straight edge, and the frame drawing shall not be crossed manually.

　　12. The dimension marking shall be standard, and the overall dimension and sub dimension shall be marked to facilitate error checking. In addition, the thickness of the upper and lower layers shall be marked, and the dimension marking line shall start from the outline line of the cabinet.

　　13. Signature: be sure to sign strictly. If the customer is not on site, the user must entrust and acknowledge the on-site workers to sign for confirmation, or it is indicated in the measurement sheet that the user will confirm the dimension by default when confirming the drawing.

　　14. For orders from foreign dealers, the company is only responsible for the production according to the dimensions provided by local dealers, and the company will not deduct the installation space. If the local surveyors really do not know how much to deduct, they must draw the on-site wall map in the order to avoid repeated communication and discrepancies in oral transmission data.

　　Panel cabinet measurement

　　1. The measurement of "three heights and three widths" shall be strictly followed, that is, three heights shall be taken from the left, middle and right, and three widths shall be taken from the top, middle and bottom respectively, so as to find the perpendicularity and error of the on-site wall, and avoid the wrong filling of dimensions.

　　2. If there are multiple sets of cabinets in a room, or there are special shapes on site, and the user has special requirements, the length, width and height of the room shall be drawn, and the special requirements of the user shall be clearly recorded. The whole layout drawing shall be drawn in the drawing to clearly indicate the dimensions of the main channel and auxiliary channel.

　　3. Installation position Reservation:

　　1) Embedded wardrobe: generally, 50mm is reserved for the width and height to facilitate the installation of connectors.

　　2) High cabinet: if the height of the cabinet exceeds 2430mm, it needs to be made into a cabinet connected up and down. At this time, the height deduction size shall not be less than 20mm.

　　3) Open wardrobe: when there is no obstacle on the left and right of the cabinet, the width will not need to be deducted, and the height is reserved for 50mm.

　　4) Push in cabinet: the cabinet is pushed into the installation position after it is installed outside. The upper, middle and lower width, inner and outer width, upper, middle and lower height and inner and outer height shall be measured respectively. Similarly, the small size shall be taken as the measurement size, and the width and height can be deducted by 20mm from the installation position, so as to ensure the successful installation of the cabinet at one time( Under normal conditions, single sealing plate is not recommended, and asymmetry may not look good)

　　5) Precautions for embedded cabinet design:

　　Since there will still be flash joints after the cabinet is sealed, which will affect the appearance, when designing a fully embedded cabinet, in principle, it is designed as an external sliding door (except for ceiling line or gypsum line on site).

　　The wall perpendicularity does not meet the standard exception. The company can only cooperate to solve the flash joint caused by such circumstances, but will not bear the responsibility.

　　4. Sketch drawing:

　　In this link, the measurement designer shall communicate with the customer on site, and both parties shall jointly draw a sketch. The basic requirements of the user shall be clearly written in the drawing (for example, the user needs several drawers and other hardware). In this way, once the drawing style is jointly finalized by both parties, the great contrast between the company's drawing and the customer's requirements can be avoided, resulting in repeated communication, repeated modification and delaying the production progress, Reduce work efficiency.

　　5. If there are other requirements for on-site installation: if the plate is to be sealed, special shape, uneven ground, on-site treatment and on-site hole excavation are required, they shall be carefully recorded in the measurement sheet to ensure the success of door-to-door installation at one time.

　　6. The cabinet shall be measured in three heights: left, middle and right. If there is a ceiling, the internal and external height of the installation cabinet shall be measured. Generally, there is a height difference in the artificial ceiling, because the measurement data shall take the low size as the measurement data, and this situation shall be declared to the user on site.

　　7. When the skirting line has been installed on site, remind the user that the cabinet cannot be completely flush with the wall, but it will not affect the installation effect and use; If the skirting line is not installed, the user will be prompted to decide whether to install it according to the site conditions. If the user must require the cabinet to lean against the wall, the side plate of the visible surface can be extended back by 20mm in the design, and the corner can be cut on site or in the factory. In this way, the cabinet looks completely against the wall from the side.

　　Measurement of sliding door and folding door

　　1. Upper and lower tolerances under normal conditions, height and Width Tolerances ≤ 2mm, diagonal ≤ 4mm.

　　2. Sliding door "three-stage measurement method": the "height" is divided into left, middle and right, and the "width" is divided into upper, middle and lower positions respectively.

　　3. When there is no door pocket, the length of the upper and lower rails is the length of the measured part. After fully considering the overlapping position and collision position, the width of the door shall be determined according to the size with the smaller measured value of the three sections.

　　4. When there is a door pocket, the narrower part shall be taken as the calculation basis, the upper and lower rails shall be of the same length, and the length of the upper and lower rails is also the total width of the overall door. Uneven parts may affect the installation quality: if they can be corrected, it is recommended that the user re determine the size after appropriate correction; Those that cannot be corrected but are properly padded on the back of the door pocket and do not affect the appearance need not be corrected. If there is any impact, the customer shall be prompted in advance and a statement shall be written on the order for the user to sign for confirmation. The height and width drop shall not exceed 5mm( The above gaps can be filled with silica gel)

　　5. The number of doors shall be indicated in the measurement sheet (in case of folding door, the number of folds shall be indicated).

　　6. Filling of installation conditions of sliding door:

　　B. Special conditions of lower rail installation position( Ground material composition: cement floor, floor tile, marble, floor). 　　7. The overlapping position and track lengthening shall be reserved for the measurement of sliding door monorail door. If there is no overlapping position, the user shall be reminded and confirmed.

　　8. If the wall has a slope that may affect the installation or use effect, the user can be prompted to install the door pocket or inform the effect after installation.

　　9. When installing the sliding door and folding door in the cabinet, the installation position shall be reserved in advance:

　　Sliding door (double track): 35 profile: 100mm, 29 profile: 80mm.

　　Type a folding door: outer cover 50 mm, inner cover 80 mm.

　　Sliding door (monorail): 40mm

　　10. Structural standard for cabinet installation of type a folding door

　　Precautions for installing the cabinet of type a folding door: when installing the outer cover, the upper rail of the folding door is directly installed under the top plate. The middle side plate connected with the top plate and affecting the installation of the upper rail must be moved inward by 50mm (for installing the upper rail). The lower part is normal. This type of door is similar to the outer cover door. This type of door needs to be fixed with one side of the cabinet. It is different from the general folding door. When installing the inner cover, The middle side plate shall be shallow 80 mm. Install the upper track base plate and add a door plate thickness, that is, 80 mm installation space shall be reserved.

　　11. If there are drawers in the cabinet, a schematic diagram shall be drawn on the order and the dimensions of each part (including the thickness of the plate wall) shall be indicated. It shall be indicated that the difference in width after installation is mainly caused to ensure the opening of the drawer. Explain it clearly to the user and ask the user to sign for confirmation.

　　12. The installation position of guide rail shall be reserved for the depth of wall cabinet, and more than 80mm double rails shall be reserved; More than 40mm reserved for monorail; 50-80mm shall be reserved for the folding door, and the drawer shall avoid the folding position of the folding door. The bottom surface of the drawer shall be 20mm higher than the installation track surface to avoid interference with the track under the sliding door and failure to open.

　　13. During the measurement, pay attention to the elevator on the user's floor to avoid that the door or cabinet workpiece cannot be moved into the elevator (including width and height). In case of any of the above situations, it is required to declare to the user in advance and charge corresponding fees or suggest that the product be reduced.

　　14. After the payment is in place and the style is signed and confirmed, the general production cycle is 7 working days, 15-20 working days for tempered glass or color drawing board, and 20-25 working days for wonderful glass. Special expedited shall be confirmed after being implemented with the company.

　　Swing door measurement

　　1. Strictly abide by the above measurement standards, and the dimensions must be three heights and three widths.

　　1. When there are parts to be pulled out in the cabinet, full consideration shall be given to the normal opening of the above parts (generally, the parts to be pulled out need to be fixed, and the side of the hinge must be added with a base plate, the outer cover door and half cover door shall not be less than 36mm, and the inner cover door shall not be less than 50mm). In particular, the site drawing shall be drawn in detail on the order, indicating the dimensions of each part (including the thickness of each side plate and the spacing of laminates), and indicating the overall size and sub size of the cabinet body, so as to prevent the interference between the door hinge hole and the cabinet laminate and other components. Sub size and overall size are indispensable.

　　2. The width of single tricyandiamide panel swing door is generally controlled within 500mm. The height is within 2000 (1200mm is better, 1200mm-1600mm each door needs to be equipped with one magnetic suction, 1600mm-2000mm each door needs to be equipped with two magnetic suction). If the customer's cabinet is high, it is recommended to make up the upper and lower doors, aluminum frame doors, 60 square (ARC) doors or design drawers for correction, but the starting point of the door (i.e. the height of each door) shall be confirmed on site.

　　3. The production dimension (single door buckle 2mm) shall be specified in the measurement sheet, and the installation position of the hinge shall be described. It is required in the measurement sheet to have two drawing parts, one is the production size and hinge position drawing of door panel, and the other is the special situation drawing affecting the installation of door and hinge on site.

　　Special precautions:

　　1. Large outline dimensions.

　　2. Thickness of hinge side plate( The outer lid hinge can only cover 17. If it is larger than this size, it cannot be covered completely)

　　3. When there is a skirting line or similar skirting line at the top and below, the door opening height must be deducted by 10mm-20mm, otherwise it may fall and rub with the top and bottom edge due to the deformation of the door panel.

　　4. For the cabinet with swing door installed, if there are drawers that affect the installation of hinges, all drawers and the backing plates on the edge of drawers must be retracted by 80mm to give way to the hinge position.

　　5. If the drawer of the door opening cabinet is equipped with an external handle, pay attention to the interference between the handle and the door panel, and shrink the drawer by at least 25mm.

　　6. Door panel material: melamine plate, aluminum frame door, blister plate modeling; In order to coordinate with the cabinet, aluminum frame can be pasted.

　　7. Standard for installing hinges:

　　(1) Door height is within 900, with 2 hinges.

　　(2) Door height 900-1600, 3 hinges.

　　(3) Door height 1600-2000, 4 hinges. More than 2000 5 hinges, and aluminum frame door is recommended.
